Going through the motions every day, but feeling empty at night.
I want to live doing what I love, but I've lost track of what I love.
Other people's words affect me too much — I can't trust my own judgment.
If I can't do it perfectly, I'd rather not do it at all — I always think that.
I've been matching everyone else's standards, and now I don't know where I am.
I used to be passionate about things, but now nothing excites me.
I don't know what my strengths are.
If even one of these made you think, "That's me."
What's written here is not your symptom alone.
"I'm getting things done. But that's it."
This state has a name in psychology.
Languishing — not broken, but not moving.
You are not weak.
You simply haven't been taught how to move your thinking yet.
Source: Keyes, C. L. M. (2002), The Mental Health Continuum / Adam Grant, "There's a Name for the Blah You're Feeling" (NYT, 2021). A psychological concept widely used in society — not a finding from my master's thesis.
My mentoring moves through four stages.
The entry point is different for each person. The order shifts. You may return to the same place many times.
It's not a one-pass process — you can re-enter from a different angle, again and again.
Loosen
Loosening what's stuck. Finding where thinking is jammed by "should" and "must."
Discover
Noticing what was already inside you. Not borrowed standards, but your own original axis of judgment.
Build
Creating your own measuring stick. Putting what you found into words, into a form you can use for your next choice.
Witness
Watching you take your own steps. I don't hand you answers. I witness what you chose for yourself.
These stage names are mine. They are not the name of any specific psychological theory.

FAQ
I've never done coaching before.
Most people haven't. No special preparation needed.
I can't put my worries into words.
Come before you have the words. Bringing the words up from there is what this mentoring is for.
Is this different from counseling?
This is not a place to treat mental illness. It's for people who are "not broken but not moving."
Is it online only?
Currently online only (Google Meet).
Can one session change anything?
It can. But untangling thinking habits is more reliable when you return to them, again and again, over time.
